11:30am – arrive at ceremony location
12:00pm – ceremony begins
12:30pm – break
stay behind for a big group photo, then go have a light lunch, do some sightseeing, or take a nap 😉

3:00pm – reception begins; outdoor appetizers & refreshments
feel free to arrive any time between 3:00 and 4:30
5:00pm – move indoors for dinner, speeches, cake, and dancing!
